Nancy feels fortunate to have received a thoroughly good art and design education. She worked for many years in the fashion & textile industry before moving to Yorkshire and concentrating on her own personal creative endeavours.
This exhibition showcases her latest abstract works. They are meditative journeys celebrating the infinite possibilities of thinking crazy thoughts, dreaming fascinating dreams, sharing creative paths, conjuring up new adventures and energising ideas.
They talk about energy eddying and flowing through space formed and realised by ideas and intentions. Universal shapes and forms, stretching back through time to the very beginning, resonating within us, lifting our spirits and connecting us to everything around us.
Colours, shapes and textures move rhythmically through each work drawing the viewer into new depths, heights and hidden corners of the mind where we can explore and play.
